Shipping fee:

We ship to more than 200 countries around the world. Shipping is free of charge all countries. Please keep in mind that we are not aware of the shipping and handling policy of all countries, therefore some can charge you for handling and tax fees. If for some reason the address provided is incorrect, the package will come back to its original location. Customers will be charged for shipping in that case.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing and shipping address. We would like to request you to provide us your phone number and e-mail as well in case we need to reach you regarding your order.

Production and shipping time:

All of our products are made to order. Standard fabrication time of most items is 10-16 weeks after the order is placed, and does not include shipping time.

Every dress is made to order which means all of our dresses whether a standard or custom size, are tailored just for you once you place your order. This means we do not have factory made dresses, instead they are all crafted by our highly skilled tailors.

The turnaround time is the same for all sizes.

Dresses  generally take about 10-16 weeks to be tailored and be sent out to you.

Your order becomes officially accepted once the payment has gone through.

Once your order is completed and tailoring has been fisnished, shipping takes about 5-10 business days.You may be charged custom duties and taxes. Please note that we do not take responsibilites for those charges.
Please check your e-mails regularly, delivery services might request you for extra information.

Shipping Company: 

We find it extremely important to work with the most trustworty shipping services such as DHL, EMS, TNT, DPD etc. We choose which delivery service will handle your package based on your country.

Please always re-check your order before completing it. Make sure you ordered your dress in the right color, size etc.

Since we do not have dresses in stock, we start tailoring dresses once your order has been completed. You can change or cancel your order within 48 hours. After the 48 hour period we start working on your dress, which means no opportunity to change or cancel your order.

If your item has arrived and you are not satisified with what you received, you can ship it back to us within 5 business days. We guarantee 100% money  back on your purchase value.

Upon receiving your package the time and date are registered with the delivery service, as a result 5 business days are counted from that time and date.Once you wish to return your item please choose: DHL, DPD, Fedex, UPS, DPD or GLS Services. We only accept these methods.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of the date the product was delivered to you and signed..We give a full refund to your original method of payment. If returned after 5 days we are no longer eligible to return.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.

  • LASABINA is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

LASABINA shall have no obligation to accept any item that is returned damaged, soiled, notably worn, or missing items or attachments. Reasonable wear and tear* from trying on the dress may be considered by LASABINA team.

How to Return 

If provided, all other items or attachments shipped with the purchased dress must be included with your return. This includes items such as belts, veils, detachable sleeves, bows, or any designer packaging like authenticity cards, price tags, dust bags, garment bags, etc.

  1. Buyer emails their return request to LASABINA within the 5 days of receiving their item. To start a return email us at info@lasabinaplussizebridal.com.com.
  2. Buyer carefully packs item(s) for shipping. The original garment bag or protective packaging used by the seller must be returned.
  3. You have to arrange shipment with TNT, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, DPD or GLS.
  4. Send the item back within 5 days of delivery or receiving. Returns that are posted for shipment after the 5 days deadline will not be accommodated and will be considered a final, non-returnable sale.
  5. LASABINA will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  6. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your order is received and inspected we return your money back if:

– merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.- items must be unused and unwashed
– the original tag must be attached
– items must remain in their original condition (clean, stain-free, pet hairs, pin marks..)

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a full refund.

Colors:

Warranty on your order is not eligible for money back guarantee in case you are not satisfied with the color of your item.

In case the item you received is damaged or you received something completely different than what you ordered, please contact us within 5  days of delivery. We would like to make sure to offer you the best solution.
